It is oriented around writing a spiritual memoir inspired with visuals of a set of 11 postage stamps on Ramayana released by India Post.
It is oriented around writing calligraphically four lines in verse for each of the eleven postage stamps. These verses are curated from 'Ramcharitmanas'.
Corresponding to each of these visuals, the work-shop teaches a specific Yoga postures each day. Examples are shown below. Participants are given assignments each day. These consist of variations and interim steps of the respective Asanas or postures.
