NET FEE is the net applicable fee paid by most selected applicants, with assumption that they apply for the two kinds of available grants – MERIT GRANT and NEED GRANT. Both of these grants are liberally available for all places at the programmes of 365 Haridwar. 365 Haridwar aims to encourage and work with every applicant to ensure that she is able to arrive at this NET FEE.

If number of days is other than the above quantum then the applicable fee can be arrived-at on a pro rata basis. Stays for a period lesser than 7 days is by invitation.

The main focus of 365 Haridwar is on the residencies for a period of 28 days or more. Residency for a period of 7 days or lesser than 14 days is generally meant for an artist who is already participating with another residency programme in India or the region.

5 Fee and Grant Structure and Refund Policy

PERIOD These rates are applicable for the period 01 January to 31 December 2018.

GRANT 2 kinds of grants totaling to USD 500 are liberally available to each applicant of the 28 days module. The highlight of the grants is given below; detailed information is available in the pdf mentioned above.

28 DAYS Irrespective of the structured programmes, one can apply to join for a continuous block of any 28 days. These may be within a particular calendar month or across two months.

07 DAYS A shorter stay of a week or less than 4 weeks is generally available to someone who is already set to participate at another residency programme in India or the region.

01 DAY Stays for a period of less than a week are available by invitation.

TARIFF INCLUDES The tariff is inclusive of various offerings. These are grouped under 6 heads as detailed below.

APPLICATION / GRANT FORM In the first instance, an applicant desirous of participating with 365 Haridwar, the International Artist Residency programme at AZIMVTH Ashram, is requested to write a brief e-mail at azimvth@gmail.com giving details of the dates and duration of the intended stay. This form needs to be completed and submitted only after the applicant receives intimation of availability of a place and stay at 365 Haridwar. The policies on application form, fees, grants, benefits are revised from time to time. An applicant may seek a latest copy.

Following pdf is an example of the application form. A word file of the applicable form is sent to an applicant on receiving an expression of interest. The form is in 3 sections. Section A is mandatory for all applicants. An applicant seeking the Merit Grant needs to complete Section B as well.  An applicant seeking the Need Grant needs to complete all the 3 sections.
